That the twin is youngr is not the answer, bu the paradox, if
we can consider them alternately as being the rest frame.
Is the answer that an accleration by me relative to you is
not necessarily the sam of you rel to me (as i would masure it),
or  would these measurements be the same?
 
according to my spacetime graphs the earthdwelling twin rcivs
the rturn signals at shorter intervals, pulses sent dx apart
return a fraction of dx apart (what is that fraction? in what units
)
th oher twins is receiving them close together. thus i he knows
they are regular, tim is slowing for him, between two pulses
more tim must occur than the lngth on th curve would show...
how to interpret this i am lost.
he travels a greater distance, but his time is the same, so
for him the earthtwin ....
here i get lost.
