[net.physics] Aye to net.origins

Darwin's "theory" and creationism share one thing in common; they don't
predict anything. A physical theory isn't very interesting unless it "goes
out on a limb" and predicts things that haven't been seen before. I think
that discussions of either approach to explaining our origins be relegated to
net.origins. The discussions might be interesting but neither side will be
talking about physics.

I suppose if Usenet folks want to have net.origins or net.anything_else
then they have a right to it. I wonder, though, whether it's
appropriate to carry a net.origins list through a gateway to Arpanet and
its derivatives?
