When I was studying physics, I heard about two Physics professors (one male and one female) who were getting married although they spoke no common languages. We students were puzzled until we realized they could communicate in Physics. First they started with the dynamics of weakly interacting bodies, then they experimented with canonical perturbation theory, and finally they achieved barrier penetration into classically forbidden regions.
