Zeno's paradox requires no quantum effects to be resolved. It is based on
the (false) premise that the sum of (1/2)**i from i=1 to infinity is infinite.
All that is required to resolve Zeno's paradox is an understanding of the
concept of convergence -- no quantum behavior of infinitesimals. In fact,
in my experience use of the word "infinitesimal" as though it described an
object with common-sense properties seems to be a warning indicator that a
logical fallacy is being developed. Most formal, rigorous discussions I have
read have used the terminology of limits and convergence.
