C'mon! A perpetual motion machine is as absurd as a non propulsive space vehicle. Do you remember the big Toodoo about " Dean Drives "? They only worked on land, where there was friction, and therefore, traction. You have to be incredably naive to fall for this one. Kindly describe the operation, so I can blow it out of the water.
