If there is an interaction it is 4th order (i.e. the lowest order Feynman diagram has 4 vertices.). A photon from the fixed magnetic field would interact with one of the particles af the virtual pair created by the p -> e+ e-, e+ e- -> p virtual photon reaction. The cross-section for this reaction is very small. I don't know if it has been observed. --Charlie
