Human muscles are quite strong enough to heat by compression. So how
about this scenario:

	Hot moist air inside the suit is compressed, pumped through
radiator fins (to dump the heat), and then let expand. The water condenses
and is stored for drinking & the cooled air is pumped back into the suit.
All you need to be able to do is heat a parcel of air to higher than arakkis
surface temperature by compressing it.
