I believe the significant problem encountered by the readers of this net was not that a machine might be built to exploint ambient potential energy, but that as first stated, the machine appeared to be claiming perpetual motion. Now, I have no problems when dealing with an energy transformer, ie. potential to kinetic, but I *DO* have problems with an energy creator, as was originally claimed. Before we install millions of these, perhaps we should check to see what will happen to the environment. If it allows stability, that is, it can be renewed by solar activity, then it can be considered relatively safe. If not, then we should proceed cautiously, seeking not to deplete our ambient energy, which we, by the way, *NEED*. The only way we will be able to continue technological energy consumption is if we venture out into space. John.
