[net.games.pbm] In search of: A Diplomacy game.

I've been a diplomacy fan for a number of years and having just found
out about this wonderful mail utility and the magic that it can bring
I searched hopefully for a starting Diplomacy game, but alas.  Is there
any type of a waiting list for players?  Are there gamemasters willing
to referee a game?
