Each player should have recieved this message via direct mail (at least
once). If not, they should IMMEDIATELY send me mail to clear it up.
Spring 1901 Moves must be postmarked by Thurs 11:59 PM. As some people's
mailers are not civilized enough to include this sort of thing, you can
expect non-dated material to be ignored if it arrives after I adjudicate
sometime Friday evening.
NMRs (No Moves Recieved) and Civil Disorder will not be tolerated. They
screw up game balance in the early part of the game. Thus, the two Alternates
are encouraged to submit moves for every country each season. Two NMRs in
a row, and the country is given to an Alternate. Thus, you might want to
keep the Alternates informed as to treaties....
Random netnews people are also encouraged to send in their Alternate Moves.
After all, you've read this far....
Further discussion of the game should take place only in net.games.pbm, not
net.games. I will post adjudications and sufficiently interesting press
releases there.
