SWISS AUTHORITIES CONSIDER RECOGNIZING A STATE OF WORLD WAR AND CHAOS THROUGHOUT ALL PARTS OF THE CONTINENT. ----- News from France ----- The Free French Normany Fleet supported the 1st Parisian Infantry Garrison's attack against English fleet sailors attempting to defend Liverpool. The 2nd Brest Cavalry Regiment outflanked the English lines and quickily cut off the English sailors retreat. The famed 13th "Red Dragons" Artillery Regiment fired several barrages on the encirled sailors and forced them to surrender. The "Red Dragons" then turned their guns to the sea to engage the off-shore English fleet. The Free French Brest and Normany fleets blocked the escape of the weaken English fleet and after a quick sea battle, eliminated the English seapower in the Atlantic Ocean. The remaining English fleets are known to be hiding in the Thames River and in the North Sea near Denmark, avoiding any seabattle with the Free French Naval forces. The 7th Tours Free French forces landed at daybreak on several beachheads and coastal locations in Southhampton, again unopposed by any British military forces. The local militia was completely unprepared for the French armies daring move from Belgium across the English channel. It seems as if the fight has left the British soldiers and its government. With coordinated support from the off- shore Cherbourg fleet, the 7th Tours Free French forces expects to meet with the 1st Parisian Garrison and other Free French forces in London in the fall of 1905. The only known British army forces are currently in Sweden, leaving the British Isles defense to the two remaining British naval forces. The combined French naval and land forces expect to quickly defeat the British naval forces and continue its march toward Victory. The Free French Government expects to capture former King Lousie the XVI and his government officials who escaped to England at their retreat in Yorkshire. The French Occupying forces are treating all British citizens in a fair and humane nature and will be opening all prisoner-of-war camps for inspection by the Swiss International Red Cross delegation. It is expected that after the elimination of the remaining British forces, France will return England to domestic rule as a free nation with all the rights and privileges of the Free French democratic society and its citizens. The Marseilles French fleet, at the request of the Pope of the Roman Catholic Church, has moved into the former Italian capital of Rome to restore law and order to the civil unrest caused by the collapse of the Italian government. The Free French government and the Pope have requested that Austria-Hungary peacefully remove all its land-based armies from the Italian mainland, and return the control of Italy to the Italian people. France, in response to the growing civil unrest in the Mediterranean Sea area, has moved its Monaco French fleet into the Gulf of Lyon to protect the interests of the Free French government in the Mediterranean region. General P.A. LaFayette, in a response to the British Prime Minister answer to the French peace offering, was quoted as saying "Let them feel the cold, hard steel of the Guillotine." Well placed government sources expected the British Prime Minister to flee to Russia, prior to London falling to Free French forces. It is expected that the Prime Minister will attempt to get Russian help to regain his homeland from French control. ----- News from Russia ----- MOSCOW, Dec. 9, 1905. The Czar's popularity, which hit rock bottom during the riots of the 1890's, has just reached the highest mark in Russian history. Fully 95% of the Russian people support the Czar's foreign and domestic policies. Experts cite recent military successes abroad and law-and-order at home as reasons for the Czar's new support. The Czar has virtually eliminated any rebellion against his rule, by (1) bringing in new wealth from the conquered territories of Turkey and Norway, and (2) using loyal Russians to inform against Bolshevik and anarchist gang-leaders. Sources report that Russian spies have been at work in foreign countries, eliminating possible leaders of a European "communist" movement; Vladimir Lenin and Leon Trotsky were among those found dead. In a speech from the Imperial Palace, the Czar declared Russia to be the last bastion of conservative European society. He expressed much dismay over the recent events in "free" France, where the current "democratic" rulers are "tearing apart the very fabric of French social order". The Czar hinted that France's destabilizing expansion may force a Russian counterattack, resulting in a massive ideological war. Though this is antithetical to the Czar's wishes, he made it clear that in such a war, the "socialists, anarchists, and democrats" running France would be destroyed and replaced by the legitimate heir to the French throne. The young French prince currently resides in the Czar's Imperial Palace, along with several other displaced monarchs. ----- End of press releases ----- Current Positions: ==================================================== A/H Eng Fra Ger Ita Rus Tur --- --- --- --- --- --- --- A-Ser A-Swe A-Liv A-Bur F-Adr A-Fin A-Smy A-Ven F-Lon A-Wal A-Sil A-War F-Age A-Tus F-Nth A-Mar F-Hel A-Gal A-Tun F-Eng F-Bal A-Rum F-Gre F-NAO F-Bel A-Ank F-Ion F-Iri F-Con F-Rom F-Bla F-GOL F-Nwy Existing Wars Between the Powers: ===================================== BALKAN WAR - Declared Fall 1901 - Austria/Russia vs. Turkey.
