RUMORS & STORIES From the ruins of a far-away land, comes the sole-surviving heir to the throne of Vinya; Wynbrand, the Victorious. The great village of Vinya was decimated by the evil Drow during their last foray into the light, and since then the Vinyans have sworn to fight against the Drow until every last Drow has been destroyed from the face of the Realm. Upon hearing of the Drow resurgence, Wynbrand has prepared his battle gear and ridden his worthy mount, Belvedere across the breadth of the lands, even traversing the treacherous Foothills of Cavaran, to help repel the Drow menace which threatens the entire free world. Beware, evil scourge! The winds bear the scent of you destruction... From the sinister depths of the Obsidian Peaks, Vlaad Tolinkov's evil magic has crafted a devestating weapon. This weapon comes in a variety of shapes and sizes, but is most frequently in the form of a 26" wand. This weapon will work only on Elvenfolk and the effects are terrifying. When used against an elf, all life energy is drained from the victim, turning him into a vegetable. Concentration Camps have been set up, and the Drow are gathering elven prisnors, transforming them all into mindless Elf Zombies, who are then enslaved by the evil Drow. Whether the effect of this terrible weapon can be reversed, remains to be seen. Many elves have fallen victim to this deadly weapon and many more will fall before the war has ended. Released from the firey pits of Hell, demons and devils have invaded the surface world of the Realm. Apparently under the command of Vlaad Tolinkov, these vile creatures from the abyss have been strategically assuming the likenesses of high government officials and leaders of the Royal Army. Some have even infiltrated the castle, itself. Much damage has been caused by these imposters, and none have been caught yet.
