Creating a character is rather simple.... I will show you step by step...

                       The Origin Of . . . 
Step 1: Determine what kind of being the hero is and how he got his powers.
 By using percentage dice (d100) [2 dice. 1 for 10's and 1 for units (1)]
    Table: General Origins
    ----------------------
   Dice Roll    Origin
    01-30        Mutant (Born with such powers from genetic structure at birth)
    31-60        Altered Human (Something changed them [Radiation, etc])
    61-90        Hi-Tech Wonder (Powers come from advanced technology)
    91-95        Robot (Machine, computers, cyborgs, androids or Golems.)
    96-00 (100)  Alien (From other planet or time....)

Step 2: Assign ranks and rank #'s to the hero's abilities.
Abilities are:
Fighting (Fig)
Agility (Agi)
Strength (Str)
Endurance (End)
Reason (Rea)
Intuitin (Int)
Psyche (Psi)
    Table: Random Ranks

   ***** = The scores that were modified for special reasons...
a. Roll the table for each of the abilities listed above.

Modify scores if hero is:
  hi-tech wonder, increase Reason by one Rank (ex. Amazing +1= Monstrous)
  mutant, increase Endurance by one Rank.
  robot & its Reason rank is Feeble, Poor or Typical, increase its Reason
     rank to good.

Step 3. Determine the hero's variable abilities.
Add the Rank #'s to get ....
Fig + Agi + Str + End Rank #'s = Health
Rea + Int + Psi = Karma
(I will determine your Rescource Rank)

Step 4: Determine the Hero's powers (At last...)
   Roll percentile die (d100) to get # of powers

  Table: Power Categories (To decide exactly what type of power. uggh)
 d100   Power Category (Roll for each # of power)
 01-05  Resistances & Senses
 06-10  Movement
 11-20  Nature Control
 21-35  Energy Control
 36-45  Body Control
 46-60  Distance Attacks
 61-65  Mental Powers
 66-80  Body Alterations, Offensive
 81-95  Body Alterations, Defensive
 96-00  Weapons, Vehicles, Sidekicks, & Alter Egos*
    * If a hero is a hi-tech wonder, he decides if he wants an alter ego (free
          power.)
