We're still not talking. I have eliminated a whole bunch of possibilities, and am not sure what is left. The calls are getting through to decvax, but the two ends seem unable to get bytes back and forth intelligibly. It's not a matter of our modem being unable to talk to 212, because we do talk successfully with local 212-only systems. It's not a problem with long-distance, because we call Waterloo and Duke successfully. I have pretty much run out of ideas. Is there anybody in the area who has a Racal-Vadic 3451PA (must be the autodialing one) that I can steal briefly?
