Since our autodialer is about to leave temporarily for maintenance, sites that we dial should take note that we won't be doing any dialing for a little while. Manual dialing is a severe pain even when just using it for decvax; it's just not practical to dial everybody that way. This is less of an effect than it might be, since most folks who we dial also dial us. The major impact will be that the utzoo-utcsstat and utzoo-utcstvax links will be out for the duration, because the utcs* sites don't dial out at the moment. Our link to utcsrgv will be operating normally, since it's hardwired, so traffic for utcs* can go through there.
