DCIEM (utzoo!dciem, utcsrgv!dciem, etc.) has been off the air for several
days, and from the report their PACX is giving in response to login tries
("11/70 still has floating point problems, up time unknown"), I would
suggest that anybody who wants to communicate with folks there had better
use voice instead. I have turned off net.all feed to them temporarily
because of the logjam it was causing in utzoo's spool directories.
