[ont.uucp] Waterloo machines down this week

Due to a variety of machine room and power changes, several machines at
Waterloo will be down this coming week.  Watmath and watdaisy are expected
to be down for the entire week, suspending news service to the entire
campus.  Also, since only watmath has access to the university's FX lines
to Toronto, it is the only mail connection to Toronto sites for the entire
campus.  Watcgl is expected to be down only during the day Monday.
Wateng and watarts are unaffected.  If you desperately have to get
something to watcgl or wateng, they both talk to allegra.
