Some folks may have noticed that we've been getting some news and whatnot out of sequence of late. Decvax seems to have had some problems, they've been down two or three nights in the recent past. There is a considerable backlog waiting for us and things may be a little chaotic until we catch up with it. I hope nothing will actually be lost.

There is evidence that decvax is still having problems with things
like full filesystems. It is quite possible that mail through them
is not reliable. I would recommend not routing mail through decvax.
(Actually, I've recommended this for some time; decvax is too busy
and too subject to the latest whims of the DEC software people to
be a good mail-forwarding site.)
