As part of alleviating a space crunch on the filesystem that contains
our /usr/spool/uucp, I ended up compiling a list of all Canadian
news articles waiting to go out to linus. I have deleted all the other
backlog for linus, so our stuff should go out tonight. If it has not
gone out by tomorrow evening, I will send the same batch of stuff to
allegra to end the delays.
