I recently discovered that since Sept. 24th, decvax has known utcs as utcsstat. Last week decvax began calling utcs by its correct name. If you have had trouble with mail addressed ...!decvax!utcs!..., you should get in touch with your correspondents and suggest that they resend anything important.
