Somehow the telephone link between CSRI and HCR has become
defunct. HCR used to call us every hour. Now they haven't
called since Sept. 5th. The system administrator here
tried hard to call HCR to talk to someone who knew what the
problem is, but he got bounced around from person to person,
with nobody willing to take responsibility. Finally,
someone phoned Brian back, but he seemed confused.
So, will someone at HCR who reads the news, please inform
the person in charge to check out the problem, and to call
Brian Down at CSRI. Thanks.
