Neither ihnp4 nor watmath has called utzoo lately, and we can't get
through to them either. Given the resulting backlogs, best to assume
that mail going through either of those paths is going to be slowed.
Troubleshooting is complicated by everybody going away for Usenix
next week.

The utzoo-watmath problems appear to have cleared up. Alas, utzoo-ihnp4
remains a problem area. It's not completely broken, but frequent and fast
it's not. Stay tuned...
