If anyone notices that news appears to be arriving a little slowly, and
mail via utzoo-mnetor appears to be *really* slow, it's because the link
between mnetor and utzoo is seriously ill. Nothing is being lost, on
this end at least, but traffic is moving very slowly.

After some prodding of the uucico at the mnetor end this link appears to have been restored to good health.
