Sites which call lsuc only on demand or on occasional
poll should consider polling more often. We have 4 lines
on our dialin number so there's usually one free. We
only have one dialout, however, and with 3 1200-baud feeds
our dialer is often tied up for substantial chunks of the day
while we have mail passing through that's pending for other sites.
(Consider: at 2Mb/day a feed takes 8 hours, and
we get news from 1 site and feed 3 others...)
