lsuc has been up and normal since Wednesday evening, but
our uucp link with attcan isn't working right. When it
gets cleared, there's over 20Mb of news backed up, so
mail traffic might be a little slow. (We're still stuck
to 1200 baud.)
Our other uucp links are generally acting normally.
Sites downstream from us in the news hierarchy will get
only a trickle of stuff that we receive from other sites until
the attcan thing is resolved.
