I now have the text of the Canada-US Free Trade agreement online. I am making it available for anonymous FTP (see can.politics) but I would also like to post it to can.politics if nobody objects. It is 720K in size, but when put through tar and compress, the resulting file is only 210K. There is a *lot* of white space. IE. it is no larger than 3 standard news batches. But as it is larger than the typical file over the CAN net, I thought I would ask first.
