[ont.uucp] Woe's at MOE

The systems at MOE have gone through an endless series of woes in 
the past little while. You know the stuff, disk crashes, trashed passwd 
files, misbehaving Trailblazers and disappearing administrators. 

At any rate everything seems to be OK now (this includes the mush-readers
alias).
