I don't know if this is the proper forum, but does anyone have a good stout brewing recipe? I would prefer one that comes out in the fashion of MacKesson's or Murphy's. Any beer experts out there? Furthermore, are there any amatuer brewers in the NJ area who can tell me where can I get supplies without calling Erie?
