(A brief history of this submission:
A long time ago, someone requested information on wine-making (or
was it beer-making) supplies.  At that point in time I replied to the
person making the request with the electronic address of a friend of
mine who had such information.  Apparently the requestor sent mail to
my friend, but the latter was in the middle of writing a thesis and
never replied.  Having finished his thesis, my friend is now catching
up on things and remembered the request, but neither he nor I have
kept the requestor's name/address.  I therefore post this information
to the net.)
