[net.games.triv] Paddlefoot was in Clutch Cargo

I'm pretty sure the dog called paddlefoot was in a series called Clutch
Cargo.  It was one of those in which the characters looked like they
were made out of cardboard, being moved up and down (to simulate walking)
behind bushes.  The only thing that moved was their mouths, which looked
like they 'overlaid' real peoples mouths.
