Who was the cartoon character/animal (?) who frequently uttered to the villain in a strong, deep voice .... "YOU CANNOT HARM ME! MY WINGS ARE LIKE A SHIELD OF STEEL!" to which the villain would then exclaim something to the effect of .... "TRUE, BUT .........(point out some vulnerable part of our hero that his wings couldn't protect)..." and proceed to ZAP him ?

Why BatFink, of course said " Your bullets cannot harm me,
my wings are like a shield of steel!"
His assistant was Karate, and one of his enemies was Hugo Agogo!!!
