My DEC salesman says that in February DEC will come out with a new machine that is slightly faster than a 780, slightly cheaper than a 750, and fits in a 750-sized box. High time. Anybody know about it? Is it based on the Microvax ][ chip set, another microprocessor chip set, a bit slice and gate array implementation, or what? And what bus will is use? Is the SBI really dead?
