This is a followup to my own article, in which I inquire about an alleged rumor that Kodak lost a lawsuit against Poloroid for violating a patent of Poloroid's. The rumor is fact: Kodak did indeed lose the lawsuit, and is giving consumers who own the now-obsolete "Trimprint" cameras three choices: 1. a $50 coupon good for any Kodak products; 2. one share of Kodak common stock (worth about $48); or 3. a Kodak Tele Challenger disk camera and film (worth about $45). All options are available only by contacting Kodak at 1-800-792-3000, and you must trade in your camera. More information can be found in the _Wall Street Journal_, dated 8-Jan-86 (or was that 9-Jan-86?) on page 19. The article is entitled: "Kodak Owners Advised: 'Take the Rebate and Run'".
