Pepsi has bought 7up. The reason Phillip Morris wanted to sell 7up is that the un-cola has been very un-successful, losing millions last year. Pepsi will probably just write off the loss on their taxes. --Greg

Manufacturers were claiming this will account for up to 35% of their sales base shortly. Analysts interviewed thought that figure was 10-20% on the high side.
