With all the wackos in this world, why doesn't one of them at least attempt an assassination on our pal George, character or otherwise. The little I do enjoy about baseball is for the sport and not for the media hype of a crazed owner. There are enough stupid things in the news and I'd rather read about athletes than who can mouth off or kick dirt at an ump. I have been a Cardinal fan since birth and finally my team has done it for me and the bets are coming in instead of going out. The Cards won the Series because they played intelligent baseball and not because of a wild owner or manager. So let's all just say... Steinbrenner, shuta you mouf. Now get outa here you knuckleheads.
