Here's something that may also belong in net.jokes. It is the comic strip

Voice from office: ..and who's to say that the fans AREN'T qualified
		   to vote on the All-Star team?

First Female: ...Cal Ripken,Jr.? What position does he play?

Second Female: Who knows and who cares. He's a FOX!

With this attitude prevalent (?) among baseball fans, now you know why all
the best players don't get picked for the All-Star game, just the best looking
ones!
