I'll GUESS that Jimmy ("Toy Cannon") Wynn was in left, though it might have been Dusty Baker. Tom House, Atlanta reliever, was in the bullpen in left-center and caught Aaron's homer. WHO THREW AARON #714? (SPOILER ANSWER: Jack Billingham of the Reds, Opening Day 1974.
