The results at the end of the game was against the DH. The final outcome was like 31% for 69% against. The poll must have been announced in mostly NL cities. I personnally like the DH, but that was another discussion. I also believe the Blue Jays, Yankees, O's, and who ever else is in front of the Tigers when you read this will play second fiddle. I feel with a strike pending there wont be a WS this year(sigh). Unfortunely the fans always lose when cash is at hand. Go Tigers Mike Schwarz

As far as I know, NBC did not screen the announcement from its affiliate in, say, Boston. Perhaps doing this during an all-star game WAS biased. After all, AL fans may have given up tuning in by now... :-) David Rubin
