	Statistics don't mean anything!!!   I think Paul Householder of the
Brewers should be AL MVP for the things he does to win games that don't show
up in the stats.    :-)   :-)   :-)

When I mentioned Don Mattingly for the category of AL MVP I brought up
statistics as a reference to what most fans can easily recognize. This does
not mean that he does not contribute in categories that 'don't show up in
stats'. Give me a break. There are more non-categories that Don fills with
performance than Householder even can start to think about performing. 
Watch a game sometime; you might start to gain some respect for someone
who'll be another plaque on the wall in centerfield at The Stadium someday.
