One name that has not come up so far in the MVP discussion is Dave Parker of the Reds. As of Friday (Sept 20), Parker had * 111 * RBI's, which I think leads the league ( and is 30 more than Guerrero), a batting average of .310 (approximately 10 points below Guerrero), and 28 home runs (also close to Guerrero). I do not follow the Reds, but off hand I would assume Parker has done more for the Reds this year than Guerrero has done for the Dodgers or McGee has done for the Cardinals (and remember, a Cardinal fan is writing this). #### #### #### ## ##### ##### #### ### # # # # # # # # # # # # # ### # # # # # # # # # # #### # # ### # # # ###### ##### # # # # # # # # # # # # # # # # # ### #### #### #### # # # # ##### #### ### MAGIC NUMBER : 11 - Martin Klamen
