I know neither of these can be proved. I was responding to his assertion that I had to show that lineup dependency does exist, but he didn't have to show that it doesn't. His assumption seems to be that his position is true until I show it false. Recall my earlier statements that stats cannot prove anything (either pro or con), and that this whole controversy is merely a matter of opinion.
