Following information is from THE CRICKETER magazine.
USA is among the 16 teams participating in 1982 ICC cricket
trophy being staged in England. The fixtures were to start on
June 16 and will end with a Final on July 10. The US team was to
play Zimbabwe on June 16, Gibraltar (June 18), Kenya (June 21)
and so on. The first eight rounds include matches within the two
groups of 8 teams each. They will be followed by Semi-finals
(July 5) and Finals (July 10). The goruping is :

Zimbabwe Fiji
Hong Kong Bermuda
Kenya Malaysia
Papua New Guinea West Africa
Israel Holland
USA Bangladesh
Canada Singapore
