At one time the Minnesota teams (North Stars, Twins, Vikings) all
played in Bloomington. (Before the new domed stadium in downtown
Minneapolis came to be.)

Many of the answers, regarding what city the teams actually
play in were provided, most of the answers came from
Peter Gayde.  Some corrections are needed:
      Buffalo Bills to Orchard Park Bills
      Meadowlands is really E. Rutherford
      Minn. North Stars to Bloomington NS
What about the Quebec Nordiques?
