The demise of Wolves is rather sad, but not unexpected. In the last two years, they have been relegated from the first to the third division. They have not always been so low, however. Wolves have appeared in 8 FA Cup Finals (Only 5 teams have appeared more often!), winning four. Their most recent appearance was a 3-0 victory over Blackburn Rovers in 1960. Wolves have won the first division three times, 1954, 1958, and 1959.
