Uruguay is the defending South American Nations Champion, but I'm
not too sure how they will do in Mexico.  They struggled through
the end of their season, and may be a spent force.  Still, they could
pull together and win the Cup for a third time.  Expectations:
semifinal loss, fourth place would be justified.
