*** REPLACE THIS LINE WITH YOUR MESSAGE *** yes, someone out there (here) does remember the Electric Prunes. Two of their lps are currently available in Europe: "Mass in Fminor" and their first lp, "I Had Too Much to Dream". Both are good. One came out (originally) early in 1967 and the other late in that year. Both are fairly psychedelic. The first one features pop and progressive songs with eclectic tendencies. "Mass" is actually a Mass in six movements arranged by David Axelrod and featuring Gregorian chant sung to acid rock back- ground. Other lps include: "Come up to the Underground" (1967), which was similar to the eclectic psychedelic mix of the afore mentioned lps., "The Release of an Oath", their interpretation of the Kol Nidre which was heading away from the psychedelic sound of '67 to a more general rock sound (1968) and "Good old Rock'n'roll", their last lp as far as i remember, completing the step to the general rock sound so that they sounded like early Spooky Tooth.
