[net.unix] Porting UNIX to a pdp-11/44

	I am looking for opinions regarding problems we are having
	porting BTL UNIX Release 3.0 from 11/34 to 11/44.  It appears
	our first guesses at handling the memory management unit are
	in error.  Any replies appreciated.
