[net.unix] Unix on IBMs - Exists at Bell Labs..

stanwyck@ihuxr.UUCP (09/26/83)

There is a whole group of IBM 360-370 type maxis running an IBM supported
UNIX here at Bell Labs (or so I understand). It is a BTL version of UNIX,
not a Berkeley UNIX. I don't know (and don't really care) if they are going
to be releasing it for other distribution. It may be coming down the pipe,
or we may be the only ones to ever run it.

Is this UNIX under OS, or is UNIX run as the native Operating system
of these 360/370's??
