[net.unix] BSS and other trivia

Now that we can all name 10 things that "BSS" might stand for, but
probably doesn't, I've got another one.

How about "rc"?  Examples are "/etc/rc" and ".cshrc".

how about `rc' standing for "Run Command(s)".  i seem to recall
a mention of this in one of the tutorial documents for unix.
