[net.unix] DEC TU58 handler

          I'm running VENIX on an 11/23 with 256KB mounted inside a
VT103.  Though I have a 20MB DSD drive for normal use, I'd like to talk
to the TU58s which are in the 103.  Does someone have a handler for
these little beasties?
